By booking a repair or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Sameday Appliance Repair Calgary (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) offers appliance repair services in Calgary and surrounding areas. All services are subject to technician availability.

3. Service Warranty
Repair Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for repairs conducted by our technicians, effective from the repair date. Warranty terms vary by service and are provided on the invoice. This warranty applies only to defects in workmanship and materials.
Warranty Limitations: This warranty excludes:
Damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications. Appliances moved from their original installation location post-repair. Cosmetic issues, water connections, or non-functional parts. Repairs on commercial appliances or discontinued parts. Warranty claims require immediate notification and are subject to inspection.

4. Limitations of Liability
General Liability: We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or property damage arising from the use of or inability to use our service.
Appliance Movement: Moving an appliance for repair can result in damage to floors, cabinets, or the appliance itself. By agreeing to the movement of an appliance, you waive any claims against our technicians for such damage. Water-Related Services: For repairs involving water lines, we are not responsible for any water damage, unless due to proven gross negligence by our technicians.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide accurate appliance information and clear service instructions. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Environment and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, free of hazards, to facilitate service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us for any claims or damages arising from unsafe conditions or negligence on your part.

6. Payment Terms
Service Fees: Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted methods include [list payment options]. Failure to pay may result in additional collection fees.
